Illustrated in color and black and white. Includes gate-folds, laid in objects, die-cuts and other style elements in the distinct pop art manner of Andy Warhol's Index Book. Very good condition in photo-illustrated boards. The green cellophane insert is loose rather than being attached to the page - otherwise all elements appear to be present and in very good condition. Designed and conceived by Gail Fowler, Ted Shaine and Jeffrey Cohen with photographs by Armen Khachadourian. Highly recommended as a splendid example of 60's book design, pop art culture, and artist book influences of the day. Only one copy located at the California Institute of the Arts. Very Good.
