This edition, from 2012, was printed in an edition of only 100 copies by Kyle Sclesinger and Henry Steinberg printed letterpress with photographs reprodcued from the original paste up and tipped on to each page by hand. SIGNED by Berkson. Fine condition. Laid in to the book is an explanatory letter from the press describing the creation of the original book and with details of this special limited edition reprint.
