Published by Hawk's Well Press who also printed Jerome Rothenberg's White Sun, Black Sun. A very good copy in illustrated wrappers with French flaps. This copy hails from the library of friend and fellow poet Kenneth Irby who has signed this copy on the front endpaper and indicated that he acquired this copy in New York in April 1963.
